VinChain will be holding its ICO starting February 1st, 2018. The ICO token allocation represents 60% of the total token supply, so there will be a total of 600,000,000 tokens available for a 0.00005 ETH base price. The ICO funding target is 3,330 ETH, the funding cap is 23,250 ETH and is expected to end on Aprill 15th, 2018 or when the funding cap is reached. Any unsold/remaining tokens will be burned.

 Token Reserve Split (40%):

• 25% - are reserved among founders, consultants and other members of the team with a sale restriction of 2 years.
• 5% - are reserved for the advisory board. If all tokens will not be distributed it will be burned.
• 1,25% - are reserved for early token purchasers with a sale restriction of 3 months after the ICO ends.
• 8,75% -  are reserved for a sale restriction of 2 years. 

Bonus Structure:

• 40% Until 1290 ETH is collected, 1 ETH = 28000 VIN;
• 25% Until 4 950 ETH is collected, 1 ETH = 25,000 VIN;
